Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unused and unopened items.

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • Your request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery date

  • You have contacted our support team to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA)

Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be accepted for return.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, SMILE NOVA will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement/refund without requiring the item to be sent back (depending on the situation).
