At Smile Nova, we aim to process and deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through the official Smile Nova website.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Our daily order cut-off time is:

4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday to Friday

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday to Friday will usually begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), or on weekends or public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately:

1 business day handling + 3 business days delivery

This means your order will usually arrive within around 4 business days from the date it begins processing.

4. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Smile Nova is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Delays
